Staff can be extremely rude and pushy but I have never been disappointed with the food.

Initially it tasted and looked fine. however the lack of windows, dark and dingy atmosphere really brought it down. Not to mention the pastas were cold, and the pizza dough was uncooked. Customer service was lovely, but after eating a raw base we were expecting at least a discount off the already inflated prices. An empty restaurant should of been the red flag for us but oh well- won't be going back there again.
